Occupational Health Nursing
Evidence supports that implementing an occupational health nurse is not only good for employees, it is also great for creating the kind of company culture that attracts the very best employees¹. Choosing an occupational health nurse comes with a plethora of cost-saving benefits, such as conducting post-offer physicals and drug screens in house as opposed to outsourcing.
Occupational health nurses build one-on-one relationships with your employees to create an environment of trust and respect. We can work closely with your employees to help them set and achieve their health goals, whether it is quitting smoking, losing weight, or educating them on lifestyle changes to prevent the need for medications.
“Good health IS good business.”

How it works
Once you decide to hire an occupational health nurse, we will sit down with company leadership to identify the areas for improvement within your organization. We will work with you to set measurable goals and discuss the current climate within your organization regarding wellness. Once goals have been established, we will match your company with a registered nurse. Our occupational health nurses work 8 hour days, for between 1 and five days a week, depending on the size of the company and your unique needs.
