Walk in Drug Testing

Drug testing is available on a walk-in basis during our published business hours. To facilitate your visit, please come prepared with the following:

  1. A current driver's license or other government-issued photo ID.

  2. Your employer-provided authorization form.

Important Information:

  • For Department of Transportation (DOT) tests, verification must be done with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

  • Self-pay testing requires a signed waiver. We advise reviewing our Self-Pay policy prior to your visit.

  • Please note that we cannot accept walk-in drug tests during the final 30 minutes of the operating day, as this time is reserved for preparing and dispatching samples to our laboratory.

Please note: walk-in appointments are only available for drug testing. All other service types require an appointment

What To Expect During your Visit

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, please review the following information before your appointment.

Before You Arrive:

  • Please bring: A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.).

  • For DOT Physicals: Bring your glasses/contacts and a list of your current medications.

  • For Employer-Mandated Tests: Bring any required authorization forms from your employer.

  • Note: We cannot perform walk-in services during the last 30 minutes of the business day.

When You Arrive:

  1. Check-In: Please report to the front desk. We will verify your information and the purpose of your visit (e.g., DOT physical, drug screen).

  2. Paperwork: You will be asked to complete or review standard forms, which may include a health history questionnaire and consent forms.

During Your Appointment:

  • For Physical Exams: A certified medical professional will guide you through the process, which may include reviewing your health history, and conducting vision, hearing, and vital sign checks.

  • For Drug Screens: You will be required to provide a sample under a strict "chain of custody" protocol to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the results. This is a standard, closely monitored procedure. For observed collections, you will be paired with a qualified provider of your same sex.

After Your Visit:

  • The clinician will inform you of the next steps.

  • Results and paperwork will be processed and sent according to the requirements of your exam or your employer's instructions. Our staff can provide a general timeline for results.

We are committed to providing you with professional, respectful, and efficient care. Please feel free to reach out at any time if you have any questions or concerns about an upcoming appointment- we are happy to walk you through the process.
